Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our products, orders, storage, and handling.
General
Research compounds are short chains of amino acids synthesized exclusively for use in laboratory settings and scientific studies. All our products are labeled For Research Use Only and are not intended for human consumption. Customers must be 18 or older to purchase.
Our products are available to anyone over 18 who purchases them for research purposes. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they understand and agree that all products are strictly for research use and not for personal use.
Every batch is verified through independent laboratory analysis using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Results are available in the Lab Results section of our website. We target a minimum purity of 98% across all our compounds.
Yes, all of our compounds are third party tested.
Compounds attach to specific receptors on your cells, behaving like keys to unlock precise biological commands. Depending on their design, they signal your body to accelerate tissue repair, trigger growth hormone production, burn fat, reduce inflammation, or modulate immune cells.
Compounds and steroids are completely different compounds. Compounds are chains of amino acids that work with your body’s natural signaling pathways, while anabolic steroids are synthetic hormones derived from testosterone. Compounds generally have fewer side effects and work by enhancing natural bodily processes rather than introducing external hormones.
Products
The BPC-157 15mg + TB500 15mg stack combines both compounds in a single vial, offering greater convenience for laboratory handling and a more cost-effective option compared to purchasing them individually. Each compound is sourced from independently verified batches before blending.
BACC Water is bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. It is commonly used in laboratory settings to reconstitute lyophilized compounds. It is a standard supply in compound research protocols and is available separately in our shop.
Most of our compounds are delivered in lyophilized (powder) form for maximum stability during shipping and storage. BACC Water is available separately for reconstitution in the lab.
Compounds are shipped as lyophilized powder or oil at room temperature via an express courier.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Due to the nature of research products, we only accept returns in cases of order errors or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographic evidence. We will work with you to find a resolution.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized compounds should be kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage (beyond 6 months), refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the timeframe indicated on each product sheet.
For extended long-term storage, lyophilized compounds can be kept at -20°C or lower with minimal degradation. Before opening a vial, allow the compound to equilibrate to room temperature in a desiccator to avoid moisture exposure. Once dispensed, purge any remaining compound with anhydrous nitrogen, recap and seal with parafilm, and store at -20°C.
Compounds in solution are significantly less stable. Some key considerations:
- Compounds containing methionine, cysteine, or tryptophan are prone to oxidation and should be dissolved in oxygen-free solvents with limited storage time.
- Glutamine and asparagine can deamidate to glutamic acid and aspartic acid respectively.
- Cysteines may form disulfide bridges through oxidative cyclization.
- Charged residues (Asp, Glu, Lys, Arg, His) are hygroscopic and can form a viscous oil — this may not affect compound properties, but lyophilizing and degassing with N2 before storage is recommended.
Unreconstituted compounds can generally be frozen for extended storage. However, once reconstituted, freezing is not recommended as it can damage the compound structure. Always check specific storage guidelines for each compound.
Most reconstituted compounds remain stable for 2–4 weeks when properly refrigerated. Some compounds may have shorter or longer stability. Using bacteriostatic water (which contains a preservative) extends stability compared to sterile water.
Cloudiness, unexpected color change, visible particles, unusual odor, and damaged seals can indicate stability or contamination issues. If a vial appears compromised, do not use it and consult your supplier or provider.
Always use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and safety goggles. Work in a clean, controlled environment. All products are For Research Use Only and must be handled in accordance with standard laboratory safety protocols.
Yes. In addition to purity testing, each batch undergoes screening for common contaminants. Certificates of Analysis are available on our Lab Results page, so you can verify every product before use.
